Timberland Construction, Inc. is an experienced builder that strives to provide the best quality materials and craftsmanship in every project and have been building in Silver City since 1997.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We are the ONLY builder in Silver City/Grant County that offers the 2-10 nationally backed Home Buyer’s Warranty. The 2-10 HBW New Construction Warranty offers one-year of workmanship surety coverage, two-years of systems surety coverage, and ten-years of structural defect coverage.  It is a protection plan approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  In order to become a 2-10 approved builder we had to apply for membership, meet strict underwriting guidelines; such as submission of financial documents, business and professional references and proof we carry both General Liability and Worker’s Compensation Insurance. Can your potential builder say he has a national company backing his warranty?  We Can!!

 

We have built more homes in the exclusive Dos Griegos Phase II Subdivision than all other builders combined.  (13 homes so far!) In addition we have built in areas such as White Signal, Lake Roberts, Mimbres, Pine Ridge, Los Pinos, Indian Hills and even off the grid such as in LS Mesa; where we incorporated a solar power system in the homes’ construction.  We use standard green building techniques such as passive solar design, superior framing and insulation systems, Low E windows and energy efficient designs tailored to your lot and environment. 

 

We specialize in custom built homes designed exclusively for our clients.  Our designs are seen in some of the most desirable homes in the area.
